eEpoch Conferences

The eEpoch Conferences aim at supporting project information and experience dissemination to a wide audience.

The conferences have been planned and organized to transmit the achievements in each stage of the project. They are not intended to be a one-way participation from eEpoch to the society but it is expected and requested from the participants that active feedback is given.

eEpoch 1st Conference on Policy Statements, Business Cases & Management Guidelines. 13/02/2003 (El Escorial, Spain)

The purpose of this conference was to disseminate all Policy Statements, Business Cases and Management Guidelines considered in the eEpoch Project, in order to achieve Interoperability in Identification, Authentication and Electronic Signature throughout Europe.

eEpoch 2nd Conference on Establishing Non Technical IOP - issues & Presenting Technical Guidelines for IOP. 24/09/2003 (Issy-les-Moulineaux, France)

The purpose of this conference was to disseminate the achievements of eEpoch in its first 8 months, focussing on Non-Technical Issues and Technical Guidelines, in order to reach Interoperability in Identification, Authentication and Electronic Signature throughout Europe.

The purpose of this conference was to inform the European pioneers of Electronic Identity (eID) on the first specifications and set-ups of Interoperability Testing.
